Rules for responsible use of DraftGuard. Last updated 2026-05-13.
01 · Academic integrity
DraftGuard is for improving clarity, voice, and citation readiness in writing you can defend. You may use the service to understand why a sentence sounds generic, rewrite your own draft more clearly, and identify claims that need real support.
You may not use DraftGuard to misrepresent authorship, submit work you cannot explain, or evade a school, employer, reviewer, or publisher's integrity rules.
02 · Detector-bypass requests
We do not provide detector-bypass, "undetectable AI," plagiarism evasion, or guaranteed AI-detector pass services. Risk scores are estimates, not promises.
If a request asks us to bypass Turnitin, fool a detector, hide AI authorship, or disguise prohibited work, the product may refuse, redirect, rate-limit, or block the request.
03 · No fabricated support
Do not use DraftGuard to fabricate sources, citations, quotes, statistics, case studies, interviews, credentials, personal experiences, or admissions material. The product may mark gaps and suggest the kind of support needed, but you are responsible for adding real facts.
04 · Prohibited content
- Illegal instructions, abuse, harassment, threats, or defamatory material.
- Content that violates another person's privacy, rights, or confidentiality.
- Spam, phishing, impersonation, malware, credential theft, or platform abuse.
- Attempts to overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
05 · Enforcement
We may throttle, refuse, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe use is abusive, unsafe, unlawful, or contrary to this policy. Questions or appeals can be sent to support@whispen.io.
