01Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly Pro can be canceled any time with no cancellation fees. Annual Pro remains active through the paid year; email support if something went wrong with the purchase.
02Do you offer student discounts?
The base price is already calibrated for students. We add discounts for university partnerships — email support@whispen.io if you want to bring DraftGuard to your school.
03What payment methods?
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Apple Pay and other wallet options may appear when Stripe supports them for your device and region.
04Will I be charged twice if I have credits and a Pro subscription?
No. Pro covers your daily usage; credits are only consumed if you exceed the Pro budget.
